How to reach the maintainer for bug reports, data corrections, API questions and security issues.

Bugs, data corrections and feature requests

The maintainer is reachable through the CBB Stats Discord bot: it runs as slash commands in Discord servers, and a message in any server where it is installed reaches the person who runs it. Every report is read; data corrections (a wrong position, a player shown on the wrong team, a missing portal entry) are usually fixed within a sync cycle once confirmed against the source. Please include the page URL or the API request, what you expected and what you saw.

There is no public issue tracker or email address at the moment.

API and integration questions

The developer portal documents authentication, versioning, rate limits and error formats, and the OpenAPI document describes every public endpoint. If something in the documentation is wrong or missing, that is a bug — file it the same way.

Security

Please report vulnerabilities privately — a direct message to the maintainer in a server where the Discord bot is installed, rather than a public post. Reports that include a reproduction get a response within a few days.

Discord

The site's Discord bot offers the same searches, comparisons, depth charts and portal lists as slash commands; the maintainer is reachable in any server where the bot is installed.

What we cannot help with

CBB Stats is an independent project with no affiliation to the NCAA, ESPN or any school, so questions about eligibility, tickets, recruiting or official records should go to those organisations. There is no phone line or postal address; email is available on request through an issue.
